I don't know what they can do to cancel it out so that it doesn't conflict with the music inside or the relaxation session. The only downfall I noted was that I could hear the noise from outside of the location from peoples cars ( I'm assuming) and the phone ringing or being answered. I didn't have a chance to view the whole place but they did have a small restroom in the front for customers that was nicely scented. I got my sugar scrub following my massage which was super relaxing. I was a bit nervous because on the handout I completed it didn't ask how much pressure I wanted. Upon entering they handed me some paperwork I completed the form that took about five minutes and they got started on my massage. I had a Groupon for a sugar scrub and massage.
Upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile.

There is free two hour parking outside of the center. This place is located in the west suburbs of Chicago on a street where there is a lot of other nice little shops.
